Manchester Fire Risk Assessments include a Fire Safety Emergency Plan at no extra cost!
Manchester businesses including, Shops, Cafes, Pubs, Restaurants as well as Offices and Residential Flats all should have a Fire Safety Emergency Plan. This should be included in the Fire Safety Risk Assessment package and you shouldn’t be charged an additional cost for it!
A ‘suitable and sufficient’ Fire Safety Risk Assessment should include the following ‘parts’ in order to satisfy the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

When appointing a Fire Risk Assessment Company the Responsible Person should check to ensure that the above are all included in the price. There are Fire Safety Protection Companies that offer cheap Fire Safety Risk Assessments but they don’t include the Fire Safety Emergency Plan – that is at an extra cost!
