Our benchmark Standard Package follows a 5 step approach to Life Safety Fire Risk Assessment as required by the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. London Fire Risk Assessments collate and compile Fire Risk Assessments to reflect the specific premises including Listed and Heritage Buildings.

The Standard Package includes:

    • Fire Safety Inspection/Audit
    • Fire Risk Assessment
    • Fire Safety Policy
    • Fire Safety Emergency Plan
    • Fire Safety Management Plan
    • Fire Risk Assessment Certificate

The Process:

    • Preliminary conversation with our team of Fire Safety Experts to understand your premise and any issues or Fire Brigade involvement.
    • You will receive a written quotation and a copy of our Letter of Engagement, which outlines our terms of business.
    • Once confirmed a formal Letter of Engagement will be sent plus an Advisory Note which amongst other information will identify the Risk Assessor who will be attending site on the agreed day and time.
    • The Fire Safety Inspection/Audit will be carried out by a fully qualified Fire Risk Assessor. It is preferable that you, or a member of your Staff assists the Assessor on his inspection as he will require access to secured areas and will have some questions about the premise.
    • Once the Assessor has completed the inspection a Primary Invoice will be sent to you for the Fire Safety Inspection. (If you use our Express service – pre payment of the full amount is required prior to the Fire Safety Inspection.)
    • When payment has been received for the Primary Invoice our project management system with activate your report. Our Admin team will prepare the draft report ready for auditing by Mr Lewis TIFireE.
    • Once audited and approved a Fire Safety Management Plan will be compiled which identifies the Fire Safety Actions for the premise.
    • The Fire Risk Assessment package will then be emailed and a hard copy sent to the premise address along with a Secondary invoice for the balance payment.

Support Service:

All our Fire Risk Assessment packages have the LFRA Support Service for 1 year. We have a team of Fire Safety Experts that will advise you on your Fire Safety Actions or any Fire Safety concerns you may have in relation to you premise.

Another benefit:

    • As appointed Third Party Competent Persons all our Fire Risk Assessments will be covered by our Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance.
    • Annual Review & Revision – on the 1st year anniversary of your Fire Risk Assessment you will be offered our unique Review & Revision Service – this is only available to our existing customers as it is offered at very competitive rate.
